By using HEGEMON, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the HEGEMON app for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app or its content.
All dispatch content, character profiles, book chapters, and UI text are owned by HEGEMON. The historical figures quoted are in the public domain; our editorial framing, translations, and drill content are proprietary.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Payments are governed by Apple's Terms of Sale. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or Apple policy.
The Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase that grants access for as long as the app remains available on the App Store under its current form.
You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or attempts to interfere with the app's systems or other users.
HEGEMON is a personal development tool, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing in the app constitutes professional psychological, therapeutic, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEGEMON and Alex are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
