This Privacy Policy describes how HEGEMON ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application and website.
Our core principle applies to your data too: few but deep. We collect the minimum required to make the App work.
Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. You may use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature.
Usage data. We collect anonymized analytics events (such as which features are used and how often) to improve the App. This includes device type, app version, and interaction events. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Purchase information. Subscription status is processed by Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment details.
Content you create. Your Daily Check entries, Compass entries, and saved cards (Vault) are stored locally on your device. If cloud sync is enabled in a future version, this data will be stored securely and only with your consent.
The App uses the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy policies:
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account data from our systems within 30 days.
Locally stored content is removed when you delete the App or use the in-app deletion option.
The App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Premium book content is encrypted at rest. Access to backend systems is restricted and protected by row-level security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
