HEGEMON ("we", "our", "the app") is built by Alex. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
Account data: email address (if you sign up with email) or Apple ID token (if you use Sign in with Apple). We never see your Apple ID email unless you choose to share it.
Purchase data: subscription status and transaction IDs, managed by Apple / RevenueCat. We do not store credit card details.
Usage analytics: anonymised events (screens viewed, features used) via Mixpanel. No personal identifiers are attached.
Push tokens: device token for the 08:00 daily dispatch notification, managed by OneSignal.
We do not collect your location, contacts, camera, or microphone data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not run ad networks.
Supabase — authentication and database (EU servers).
RevenueCat — subscription management.
Mixpanel — anonymised analytics.
OneSignal — push notifications.
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Account data is kept as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at apphegemon@gmail.com.
HEGEMON is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "last updated" date above is always current.
